Hi I’m Edward Scaduto and I promise that I can help you look and feel better than you have in years.
Allow me to guide you through the sea of misinformation and empty promises. A simple, clear and effective personal training plan will put an end to your confusion and frustration while getting you the results you’ve been looking for.
We offer everything you need (and nothing you don’t) to safely and effectively lose weight and get in shape.
We do that through personal training, group training, nutritional counseling and even kickboxing. It all depends on what you need to get to your goals.
The next step would be for us to sit down and chat for a bit.
We’ll meet here at the gym for about 45 minutes.
During this time we can talk about your specific goals and challenges to meeting those goals.
Then, if you’d like I can show you around and go over all of our services and packages.
Don’t worry, it’s not going to be some high pressure sales pitch. That’s not how we do business.
It’s just going to be a low key conversation where you can get all of your questions answered and have all the information you need to see if this is the right place for you.
